The Pompidou Takeover

we were approached by our long term customers the boutique du centre pompidou to make a special edition of our popular GRAVITY bowl just for them. we will take over the boutique space at the centre pompidou , and you will be able to see our popular science-inspired display and buy a limited edition special blue and red tray in a limited edition super jumbo size at the centre pompidou from the 5th of september to the 13th of october, while stocks last. we took our inspiration from rogers and piano's separation and colour coding of the building technology to add a new dimension to GRAVITY - we made the x axis red and the y axis blue, giving the product a totally new appearance and amazing optical effect.

rogers wife ruth created the legendary river cafe in london, which has taken a fresher, simpler approach to italian food for 30 years. here is her very simple tip for slow, rich tomato sauce: cook 2 red onions in oil in a saucepan for 40 minutes, they need to disintegrate and disolve into the sauce. add 2 large tins of tomatoes, and cook for another 90 minutes, stirring occasionally to break them up, until no juice is left.
